Nadeem Najarali

Nadeem Najarali has served as a member of the Board of Directors at the International School Nido de Aguilas since December 2022. He is the Chair of the Advancement Committee and a member of the Endowment Committee. He has two children at Nido and has been living in Chile for 22 years.

Nadeem is the founder and Executive Director of IOG, a firm that specializes in corporate E-learning and performance management in South America. After graduating from university, he arrived in Chile and worked in economic analysis at the Ministerio de Agricultura’s INDAP. He is Canadian and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialization in International Trade from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. During this time, he worked in many countries in Europe and Asia.
