Rachel La Rocca

Rachel La Rocca is an independent consultant and board member of Enseña Chile, with extensive expertise in strategy consulting, retail, and insurance. Her professional background includes over a decade at Bain & Company, followed by leadership roles as VP of Strategy and Transformation at Liberty Seguros and Senior Director of Apparel and Beauty at Mercado Libre. She has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations for major organizations across Latin America. 

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Prior to becoming a Nido Board Member in April 2026, Rachel served as a parent volunteer on the Advancement Committee. She is Brazilian and has two children at Nido.
