Gisela Escobar

Gisela Escobar has served as a member of the Board of Directors at the International School Nido de Aguilas since 2017. She is currently a member of the Advancement Committee and the Endowment Committee. She is a Nido alum (Class of '92) and has two daughters at Nido. 

Gisela serves on the Board of Directors of JetSmart Holdings as well as Invercap SA, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Mujeres Empresarias. She served as Executive Vice President at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2019 to 2023. Between 2006 and 2019, she worked at LATAM Airlines Group in Chile, holding various finance-related positions, as well as serving as VP of Corporate Affairs. Before joining LATAM, she also worked at Telefónica Chile and Citibank N.A.

Gisela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (2005) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University (1996), where she majored in Finance and International Business.
