María Constanza Balart

María Constanza Balart is Head of Institutional and Public Sector Clients at HSBC Chile, bringing over 19 years of experience in corporate and institutional banking. Over her 12-year tenure at HSBC, she has held several leadership roles, including Head of Multinationals and Head of the Credit Analyst team. Previously, María Constanza worked at BNP Paribas in Chile, managing corporate and institutional clients across the Southern Cone.

She holds a degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well as an MBA from London Business School. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

María Constanza joined the Nido Board in April 2026. She is Chilean, a Nido alumna, and has two children at Nido.
