Lauren Arias

Lauren Arias has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2020 and is currently a member of the Nominations & Policy Committee, and the Advancement Committee. She has two daughters at Nido and has lived in Chile since 2011.

Lauren is the Head of Business Development at BHP, focusing on global growth opportunities. Prior, she held several positions in strategic consulting and business development at Jacobs, the Civitas Group, the Advisory Board Company, and the OECD. Lauren holds a BA from Harvard University and an MA in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
