Lauren Arias

 

Lauren Arias has served on the Board of Directors since 2020, currently holds the position of Board Vice Chairperson, and is a member of the Governance & Executive Committee. She has two daughters at Nido and has lived in Chile since 2011.

Lauren is the Head of Joint Ventures at BHP, focusing on global growth opportunities. Prior to this, she held several positions in strategic consulting and business development at Jacobs, the Civitas Group, the Advisory Board Company, and the OECD. Lauren holds a BA from Harvard University and an MA in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
