Improve your tennis skills and get energized with functional fitness activities in our Cardio Tennis Classes, at Nido!

Charge up your morning batteries, socialize, get fit and have fun with other Nido parents and community members.

When:

• Wednesdays, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am

Where: Nido's Tennis Courts

Cost: 

• Once a Week: Wednesday $150.000CLP for the entire season (February 26 - June 6, 2024).

**Max. amount of students is 20 per day. First come first serve basis.**

** You have to select one day if you are taking once a week program**

Swimming is the best way to stay physically and mentally fit all ages and is a lifelong sport which will bring health benefits to you for a lifetime.  

The program allows the community to come for open swim (without a teacher) but there is always a lifeguard on duty.

When:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Wednesdays: From 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Saturdays: From 09:00 am to 11:00 am

Where: Nido's Aquatics Center

Cost: $200.000CLP for the entire season (February 26 - June 8, 2024).

The Nido Adult Football Academy provides a professionally organized and structured football training environment for Nido parents, alumni, staff, and friends. The coaching sessions and activities are aimed at various skill levels, and our mission is to provide space for recreation and to have fun through playing football.

In addition to the training sessions, the program will seek opportunities to organize teams to enter local tournaments, which may be limited to certain participants depending on tournament rules (some local tournaments are for Nido parents only). 

When: Mondays, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Where: Nido's Football Field (Upper Field)

Cost: $100.000CLP for the entire season (February 26, 2024 - June 3, 2024).
