Nido Athletics is thrilled to offer even more top-tier opportunities for students to pursue their passions, compete at a high level, and train with some of the best coaches in the region.

This new evening training program is open to all interested athletes who wish to continue developing their skills outside of our seasonal sports. Practices are scheduled to complement in-season teams, making it easier for multi-sport athletes to maintain balance and cross-train. With specialized strength and conditioning built into the program and the potential for local league competition, this is the perfect opportunity for students and families seeking year-round training.
