Lina Paumgarten, Nido HS Counselor and Wellness Coordinator, is once again offering her popular and valuable mindfulness courses to parents. New this year is an additional offering of a 4-week Advanced Mindfulness Workshop for those who have already completed the first 8-week workshop.

Parents OPTION 1 (Level 1):

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP (8WMW) with Lina Paumgarten

Please register by filling out this registration form. Your registration will be confirmed by Lina personally in an email. The minimum number of participants is 15 and the maximum number of participants is 25 people. Once your registration comes through, if you are not one of the first 25 registered, you will be placed on a waiting list for anyone who drops out or for next semester.

Please check the dates before registering (in the registration form). Past participants have shared that when they are not present at all the workshops, they do not feel as engaged and don't get as much out of the experience.

8 Tuesdays Beginning March 3, 2020  (8:00 - 10:00)

  • Session 1 - Tuesday, March 3, 8:00 - 10:00
  • Session 2 - Tuesday, March 10, 8:00 - 10:00
  • Session 3 - Tuesday, March 17,  8:00 - 10:00
  • Session 4 - Tuesday, March 24,  8:00 - 10:00
  • Session 5 - Tuesday, March 31,  8:00 - 10:00
  • Session 6 - Tuesday, April 7, 8:00 - 10:00
  • Session 7 - Tuesday, April 14, 8:00 - 10:00
  • Session 8 - Tuesday, April 21, 8:00 - 10:00
  • Back Up Session/Possible Invitational Session 9 - Tuesday,  April 28, 8:00 - 10:00

Parents OPTION 2 (Level 2):

4 WEEK MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP ADVANCED (Level 2) with Lina Paumgarten

NOTE: Pre-requisite is the 8WMW completion with Lina Paumgarten.

Registration is now open for the 4 Week Mindfulness Workshop ADVANCED (Level 2) with HS Counselor/Wellness Coordinator Lina Paumgarten.

Who can register:
This 4WMW Advanced Level 2 option is only open for Parents who have completed the pre-requisite 8WMW with Lina Paumgarten.

What to expect:
- Once a week Mindfulness group practice
- 1.5 hours each session
- You will be supported to start a project related to Wellness/Mindfulness that will impact the community in some way
- You will receive 4 weeks of group support as you start your project that will impact your community
- You can register for both or just one of the 4WMW Advanced Level 2 options (space-permitting)
