As the IB Coordinator, I am excited to report on the learning from our 2019 cohort - this was the largest IB Diploma group in Nido history. Impressively, Nido students continue to significantly outperform their worldwide counterparts based on global averages of course grades, the IB core (EE, TOK and CAS) and their overall diploma score. The following is the results summary for the IB Diploma Program students who completed the 2017-2019 two-year college preparatory program:

Cancelled: Overseas School Project (OSP) Sessions in October

The OSP is a grant-based program that the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Overseas Schools (OOS) manages in partnership with the College Board. Its goal is to ensure that American students living abroad understand the breadth of U.S. higher education opportunities, as well as provide expert advice about college admissions and financial aid to students, parents, teachers, and counselors at schools serving U.S. students overseas.

Nido Class of 2021 IB Results

IB results are in! And they are excellent. Seventy five students of the Class of 2021 registered for the May 2021 Session  –49 involved in the Diploma Program and 26 took the Partial Plan. Of the first group, 98% earned their diploma, which is 11 percentage points higher than the World Average and 75% earned a bilingual diploma.
