NIDO SURF CLUB 2018-2019


The Nido Surf club is open to everyone in the Nido community interested in learning to Surf. If you're eager to improve your sports abilities, and get to know the beauty of our Chilean oceans, this is the place for you!

The Nido Surf Club is open for all skill levels.

Students can be actively involved by taking a position within the club as an officer, like our current 11th grade student Ignacia Larrain. They are given the opportunity to help organize and plan events, as well as help us recruit additional members and sponsors.

This initiative offers eco-tourism sports trips to visit different places closer to Santiago, knowing about the nature of the Pacific oceans and good places for good and safe surf. Surfing has evolved from a lifestyle and competitive sport to a popular tourism activity and is growing fast in schools.To start this first semester we invite you to read the program and choose what would you like to do, fill out the form here.


The cost of 4.000 pesos, is the daily pass to the pool during recreational hours. You can buy it directly at the Nido administration office with Mr. Esteban Illanes.

Nido's much anticipated Arts Showdown event is coming up on Thursday, May 16 at 7:00pm in the Arts Building. There will be wine, hors d'oeuvres, music, a "Smash & Grab" raffle, and great fun with amazing art by important artists at affordable prices!

Nido Summer Experience Internship

This summer Nido launched the Nido Summer Experience for High School students—a program through which students participated in a series of workshops before interning at local businesses to learn professional skills in research, marketing, operations, engineering, and more.
