Are you a Nido parent, alumni, or staff who loves to play soccer, but doesn't have a way to play? Join us on Mondays and Thursdays evenings, starting on August 19, for the Nido Adult Soccer Academy.
The objective of the Nido Adult Soccer Academy
The academy coaches will ensure that all activities and games are conducted safely and at all times within the spirit of Nido sports and fair play. We want all our players to end every coaching session with a sense of achievement and enjoyment.
In addition to the training sessions, the program will seek opportunities to organize teams to enter local tournaments, which may be limited to certain participants depending on tournament rules (some local tournaments are for fathers only).
Our mission is to provide space for recreation, to have fun through soccer, and to promote values such as responsibility, perseverance, commitment, teamwork, effort, achievement, freedom, joy, leadership, and solidarity.
Try it out! Join a free practice on Monday, August 19 at 8:30 pm on the Nido Soccer Field. Bring your sports clothes, soccer shoes (cleats), and shinguards.
When: Mondays & Thursdays, August 19 - December 12, 8:00-9:30pm, plus occasional weekend games
