Media Center Resources
Follett Destiny, the automated catalog/circulation system, is available online for locating library materials 24/7. We have approximately 35,000 printed books in circulation. In order to facilitate inquiry-based research, the library subscribes to multiple research databases, electronic book collections, electronic professional journals, print magazines, and online encyclopedias in both English and Spanish. A special digital library of academic journals, books, and primary sources provides resources for on-campus use.
Contact Linda Swenson, Head Librarian, at lswenson@nido.cl in order to get a username and password to open an alumni account and use these resources.
Media Center Learning Commons
The Media Center has alcoves on the first and second floors where you may work as an individual or in small groups. Computers connected to internet are available or you may bring your own device. Connecting to a personal hotspot on your cell phone or requesting a username and password at the school’s reception desk are required to use your device.
The Media Center also has three Meeting Rooms that hold a maximum of twelve people and may be reserved with Linda Swenson at lswenson@nido.cl.
