Santiago's Mayor, Felipe Alessandri '92, visited Nido to be interviewed by a group of fourth and fifth graders who are debuting a new project—Talon TV.  With four successful years of publishing the very popular Talon Magazine, this group of students are now designing and creating a video extension of the magazine.  Look for their episode to debut in October.

Thank you for your visit Mayor Alessandri!

New Financial Aid Program at Nido

Image

In July, Nido launched its new financial aid program, with 13 students receiving partial support to attend Nido. The program is need and merit-based and seeks to make a Nido education accessible for families that share Nido's values and approach to education, and yet are unable to cover the full cost of tuition. The program is funded primarily by earnings from the new endowment and donations to the Nido Fund. This year, Nido's faculty and staff are donating to begin the Nido Faculty and Staff Prizes, to be given as part of the financial aid program. The NAA is supporting this important program and we invite you to learn more about this initiative here .
