Last year, we added a number of sports to the ES Eagle program to align with our MS/HS pathway sports, delivering opportunities for our younger students to play, have fun, and develop foundational skills and knowledge. The Interscholastic Athletics program consists of all competitive MS sports which require training multiple days per week. While there is competition, there are no “cuts,” meaning that all MS students who wish to play a particular sport have an opportunity to do so. Coaches focus on skill development, attitude, effort, and participation, as well as nutrition and wellness.
