Learn to Swim
The Aquatics Center's Learn to Swim program offers a variety of classes to get your child comfortable with swimming and safe in and around water. The cost of the program is $100.000 CLP for 10 classes (2 classes per week).
Classes Offered:
- Advanced Plus: K2, Grades 1 and 2
- Advanced: K2, Grades 1 and 2
- Intermediate: K1, K2, and Grade 1
- Beginners: Pre-K, K1, and K2
- Introductory: Pre-K and K1
The Aquatics Staff hold the right to move any student registered in the Learn to Swim program to a different group to make sure that all participants get an equal amount of attention or if staff members feel a student's level is not appropriate and safety is a concern. This ensures the success of both the individual and the whole group. There is a possibility that if a child is moved from a group, he or she might not get into another group if all spaces in that group have been filled. In this case, a place will be granted for the following session.
Please note that all Learn to Swim students must come accompanied by an adult who will be present during the class, will walk them from their classroom to the Aquatics Center, and will help them in the changing room before and after the class.
