Dance
The Nido Dance program invites all curious and creative students to explore the beautiful and challenging world of movement and body expression through diverse dance techniques.
Understanding, recognizing, and governing our unique bodies is our fundamental goal, for this allows each student to study and practice the boundless possibilities of dance. The High School offers the following semester dance electives: Dance and Choreography, Foundations of Dance, and Principles of Dance Theater. We examine our physicality through dance fitness and technique in order to explore diverse fields such as the visual and musical arts, thus enabling creative development and supporting original student work.
