Student Support Services
Nido de Aguilas supports our Mission and Values through our commitment to developing an inclusive learning community where everyone feels a sense of belonging. This is actualized through the use of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework that provides increased levels of academic and social-emotional support to learners based on their individualized needs. Nido’s MTSS framework is data driven, and uses early identification and intervention to proactively help learners access curriculum, build foundational skills, and prevent further learning gaps.
The Student Support Department provides program pathways to serve learners’ individual social-emotional and academic needs in a responsive and collaborative environment. We believe that every student can reach their potential when they are provided with the tools and resources needed, and that inclusivity enriches us all. Nido de Aguilas provides support in the areas of English language acquisition, Learning Support and social-emotional support through our counseling program.
