The Student Support Department supports the Nido Mission by serving students’ individual social, emotional, physical, and academic needs in a responsive, collaborative and inclusive environment. The Student Support Department believes that each child should be given the tools they need in order to reach their full potential, that all learners can succeed academically when provided with the support that targets their specific needs and that intervention and support are data-driven. Nido de Aguilas provides support in the areas of English language acquisition, academic support, and social-emotional support.
