No uniform is required for preschool students. However, preschool students are highly encouraged to come in the Nido PE uniform. Students may wear smocks over their clothes for protection during special activities such as art. Checkered smocks are available in any store dealing with school uniforms.

Students in grades 1-5 are required to wear any combination of Nido’s clothing daily. Uniforms are available from several suppliers, and the prices and quality may vary with each supplier.

GIRLS
• Navy blue culotte or Navy blue pants in cold weather
• White polo shirt (long or short sleeve)
     with red piping on collar
• Navy blue sweater with Nido de Aguilas insignia
• Pull over, v-neck
• Cardigan, v-neck
• Navy blue socks or tights
• Black shoes or athletic shoes
• PTA Spirit Wear shorts, sweat pants,

In cold weather students may wear jackets of any color (preferably blue); the only sweaters permitted are Nido sweaters.



The PE uniform must be worn on days when the child is participating in physical education classes or sports related after school activities. The P.E. uniform consists of a colored T-shirt with the Nido logo, blue shorts, royal blue sweatshirt, and sneakers. Students are welcome to wear PTA spirit wear as part of their PE uniform.
