The objective
of the admissions process is to assess
the readiness of children in different
areas, specifically, to assess if a
child can perform adequately and with
success in the grade to which they are
applying.
ADMISSIONS

Acceptance to Nido de Aguilas is not automatic.
A child's evaluation performance along
with previous school records, standardized
test results, letters of recommendation,
and other previous educational information
assists us in determining whether your
child may be a successful student at Nido.
Some students may be denied admission
when their test performance and/or previous
school performance does not meet Nido's
academic expectations.
Since schools vary in grade level expectations,
this assessment will also determine the
appropriate grade placement for your child.
At the High School level, a foreign language
placement test will be administered to
determine proper language level placement.
There is also the possibility of having
more candidates than vacancies. In those
cases, students will be selected according
to our priority criteria.

of a traumatic nature, 24 hours a day,
throughout the calendar year. Individual
I.D. cards, issued by the clinic, may

should your student require emergency
attention in the interim, you need only
go to the clinic, to "Urgencia Escolar"
(Student Emergency Service) and state
the school's and your child's name in
order to receive prompt medical attention.
Please fill out the Health Form you receive
from the Registrar as accurately and detailed
as possible, to enable us to give your

This document must be given to the nurse.
The nurse must be informed of contagious

student reports at the stipulated time.
Informativo Escolar
o prolongados. El alumno que requiera
medicamentos prescritos durante el horario
de clases debe dejarlos con la enfermera
y acudir a ella a las horas estipuladas.
